Leaking flat roof fixed
My flat roof was 21 years old and leaking. Jim and his crew came over recommended that the roof be cleaned with a pressure washer, any holes in the rubber patched, any seams that needed repair were done. When the roof was repaired , the entire roof was sealed with a GAF rubberized coating. The job was done in one day and they returned when the roof was dry to inspect and do minor touchups where needed. I was was happy with the workmanship.

Weatherguard took great care of protecting my property
I was very please with Weatherguard roofing. They were very patient with me while I decided on several competing quotes for the work. Once I decided on hiring them, they were very quick to get me on the schedule and within a week, the dumpster and materials were dropped off at my house, with the work beginning the next morning. All of the staff were very professional and skilled. Weatherguard took great care of protecting my property and even went above and beyond to remove some obstructing tree branches. All that being said, I would highly recommend them for any roofing job

A man of his word
Jim Belcher provided excellent service for our roof and gutter replacement project. At the outset we had a subcontractor issue during initial preparations for the main work. Jim assisted greatly in resolving the issue including doing some of the work himself. He is a man of his word and has ensured all aspects of the project were done correctly. I recommend Weatherguard with Jim as your representative

I made them the “gold standard” when considering other offers
Weatherguard was among a number of roofing companies to submit a proposal on my roof. I thought Jim was not only professional in his approach, but was also thoughtful and considerate of the fact that this was "my home". I was so impressed, that I made them the "gold standard" when considering other offers. Needles to say I chose Weatherguard. The materials and crew arrived on time and they went about their job, in a professional and timely manner. My wife and I were very pleased with the end results and that's saying a lot, coming from a retired building contractor. I would give them 5 out of 5 star

Solved a decades old problem of inadequate roof ventilation
So glad we chose Weatherguard. Steve Bicoll was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in his field. He solved a decades old problem of inadequate roof ventilation. The installing crew did a very good job which included replacing the entire wood deck. And the entire job was completed in two days. I would highly recommend this company to everyone that is looking for a roofing company to hire

He came out on time and saved the inside of my house
I had called Weathergaurd for a bad leak that was causing damage on the inside of my house. I gave them a call and even with them being booked, Jim came out and put me on the top of the list since I was dealing with the leak. He came out on time and saved the inside of my house. I am so happy that I called this company and they took my issue seriously and came and fixed it! Definitely will be using them with all my roofing needs.

We had several companies come out to bid on new roof for our home. Weatherguard had the best price, best warranties and best materials. They did an excellent job on our roof. After they finished, Jim from Weatherguard came back to check on the roof to make sure everything was done to perfection. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The repair was done very professionally on the scheduled date.
We recently noticed a stretch of water stain on the ceiling of our walk-in closet. After a Google search for roof repair companies, I selected three top-rated ones to call based on reviews. I am so pleased that I chose Weatherguard Roofing, not the other two (one of which quoted me for $3000 to replace a section of shingles for apparently a minor leak). Of all the good quality demonstrated by Weatherguard staff, two things impressed me most, their honesty and experience. Jim and Jeff, each had 44 and 21 years in roofing as I learned later, came to do the estimate right on time as scheduled. Based on my description, they pinpointed the likely cause of the leak to a small area and provided an honest estimate, which was only a fraction of what I got earlier. The repair was done very professionally on the scheduled date. Two shingles were replaced. Jim and Jeff went the extra mile to check other areas and sealed two exposed nails. I knew if left untreated, these two nails would rust and eventually cause new leaks in the future. Jim also caulk-sealed a widened gap between the siding and trim which he noticed on his way down. At the end of work, I was surprised with a bill that was 10% less than the initial quote. Jim said because they were able to locate the leak fairly quickly, it didn’t take as much time as they planned. I was very satisfied with Weatherguard. Will definitely use them again and recommend to friends for any roofing work in the future

Jim and Jeff were great to work with on our skylights. Jim was very good at communicating what issues were present and what needed to be fixed and how it was going to be fixed. We appreciated the quick response and constant communication.

A crew that cares
Was hoping to wait out a few more years with roof replacement, but the leaks in the house needed to be addressed. Received 4 quotes and Weatherguard was the best value. I needed a full tear off. attic ventilation was bad, i had old 1x4 wood that was VERY weathered. They came in, told me exactly what i needed to do and worked with me on price.
like anything, when you invest $$$, it's tough to determine who is ripping you off and who is genuine. Jimmy, Max, Susie and their entire crew were not only friendly and straight forward, they treated me like i was their brother. I can, for the most part, tell a fake smile from a genuine one. They were truly grateful to help me and were 100% genuine.
When you can feel the sincerity coming off of their voice and the joy of you giving them the opportunity to do something great for you, i knew i chose the right people. I mean, doing something as small as giving them water and gatorade, EVERY single person on the crew made it a point to thank me.
