Will Certainly Come Back To WeatherGuard For Future Roofing Needs!
Called WeatherGuard based on the reviews to check a water problem that I thought was a roof leak. We also had water leaking into a bedroom from the ice-damming in February. Jim Belcher was able to fit me in and explained that the attic was not breathing properly. I didn't expect to need a new roof, but after doing the age-math, and seeing evidence, he was correct. We agreed on new venting to be installed and other fixes to improve air-flow. The crew was prompt, professional, caring, fast and friendly as well. WG even shared pictures that they took to prove that the work that was discussed was actually done. They cleaned up the huge mess, as if they were never there. I will certainly come back to them for my future roofing needs!

Really Appreciate Weatherguard’s Work ! Thank You!
In 2019, I had a leak in my roof, and I hired Roof Advance to fix it - they replaced a large portion of my roof and some flashing. Less than two years later, there’s another leak that’s worse than before. I call them up and 2.5 weeks later, they still hadn’t fully assessed it (they even said they’d come out a certain day, but never showed). Not happy that Roof Advance treats their repeat customers with such little care.
So next, I call Weatherguard roofing. Jim and Jeff come out the next day to fully assess it. They identify several issues, including a large hole in the siding where the original leak was that Roof Advance didn’t fill (mind that Roof Advance also did our gutters 5 months earlier, and the large hole in the siding is by the new gutters, and they didn’t mention anything then either, so that’s two misses). Anyway, my wife tells Roof Advance to go to hell, and we go with Weatherguard. In less than a week from our initial call, everything is taken care of. Jim personally weatherproofed much of the house and even helped repair some crumbling chimney. He’s really fantastic. We lost money using Roof Advance, but I’m confident we found our roofing company going forward. And with a 15 year leak proof guarantee, that’s a huge bonus. Really appreciate their work and Jim’s help on this!

Weatherguard Did A Quality Job With Efficiency
My wife and I were very impressed with the work performed from start to finish. Prior to roof replacement, Weatherguard quickly responded and removed an ice dam that had formed on our roof. Our roof replacement project involved more than just replacing shingles and plywood. Jim provided several solutions to our ice damming problem and provided a comprehensive strategy to fix it. He was fantastic in answering all of our questions, provided information, and was hands-on during the entire project. The crew did a quality job, worked efficiently, and performed a thorough clean-up. Very satisfied!

From Start To Finish, Weatherguard Was A Treat To Work With
From start to finish, Jim was a treat to work with. We had discovered a leak in our guest bedroom a few weeks ago and knew that getting a new roof was on the agenda. I set up a few appointments to get a few quotes and Jim was the second contractor I met with. He was kind, straight forward, and informative. As a contractor myself, I liked his way of doing things. His first impression was honest and genuine. His pricing was fair compared to the other quote I had gotten so I decided to cancel my third consultation with another company and move forward with Weatherguard. I am so glad I did. Within a week from signing, they were at my house with a 7 to 10 man crew and kicked out my roof in a day! His crew was amazing. After they completed the roof they made sure to clean up around my house of any debris. I highly recommend Jim and his crew for any roofing needs that you may have.

Thank You Once Again For Excellent Service
After having called numerous companies on a saturday morning for a really bad roof leak because of snow Steve was so nice and super accommodating to send Jim over in less than and hour ! Superior Customer Service
Superior Customer Service. I contacted Weatherguard and was scheduled for an estimate within days. On the day of the estimate, Jim and his crew arrived before my appointment time ready to work. They inspected the problem area and immediately identified the issue. I was added to the repair schedule within days. On the day of the repair, Jim and his crew arrived again before the appointment time and completed the job within an hour. Jim told me that my issue should be resolved, but in the event there are any issues with the repair to contact him. I will definitely be contacting Weatherguard for any future services.

Weatherguard Was The Right Call
Weatherguard was the right call. Jim was a absolute professional and did great work on my rental property. He worked very well with my tenants to resolve the issue and kept in communication with me through all of it. Cannot recommend this company enough for your roofing needs.

Responsive, Knowledgeable And Professional
Jim and Jeff repaired a roof leak near one of my dormers in April. In December it started to leak again and I called Weatherguard Canton. Jim and Jeff came out immediately and nailed down some vinyl that had come loose from one of the dormers. Even though it was 8 months later and a different repair, they did not charge me. They were responsive, knowledgeable and professional. I will be needing a new roof in the spring and will definitely be calling Weatherguard Canton based on the service I received from Jim and Jeff.

1000 Percent This Company Is The Best!
I honestly don't know where to begin with this review. After receiving several different estimates from a few companies, that pretty much wanted us to rush to make a decision. Jimmy helped in so many ways, answered all our questions open and honestly. Jim was not forceful in his approach. No videos, no forceful sales person, completely forthcoming with all information that we needed to know. The process to replace our roof was such a smooth and painless process, that giving it a 10 wouldn't be fair, 1000 percent this company is the best! The beginning was just as smooth as the roof installation process. Jimmy and the crew..please don't ever change your approach to how you treat your customers. To all the other roofing companies..

Thanks WeatherGuard And Steve Bicoll and his crew!
We had an 11 yr old roof that was leaking in the Attached Garage area and decided we would just replace the whole roof on the garage and house. Call WeatherGuard and my husband spoke to Steve Bicoll who was very professional and knowledgeable. We had called a few other places that I won't mention, one that actually quoted us a $30,000 price and then eventually came down to $12,000. Sorry, but at that point we had lost total respect and trust for that company. Steve is a no nonsense guy, came out, quoted us a price, a time they could do the job and it was done in a day! No haggling, no pressure. We would definitely recommend WeatherGuard as a go to Roofing Company and have! Great job, completed in 1 day, clean up was perfect! Good Experience. Highly Recommend!!
Had our roof replaced Dec. 3 2020. Jim B. came out and quoted a fair price. Jim came back a couple of days later with sample shingles to help us decide which color we wanted. Four days later Jim and his crew were tearing off two layers of shingles and replacing the roof. The crew worked continuously and were done by 4:P.M. that same day! Excellent workmanship and cleanup! Roof looks fantastic!! Thanks Jim for answering my many questions and making getting a new roof a good experience. Highly recommend!!

Everything Was Just As Promised
Everything was just as promised: workers showed up early, worked diligently, cleaned up as they went along, covered windows and shrubbery and finished on-time. Jim is as honest as the day is long and made us very comfortable. Jim was very responsive, checking in to answer all our questions and give us updates on progress which happened right on the timeline he had given. Jim and Jeff followed up with another round to pick up stray nails and do a final check on the job. Highly recommend!
